Personalized Treatment Plans Tailored for You

The West Island Therapy and Wellness Centre is dedicated to providing tailored therapeutic solutions, understanding that everyone has unique needs. We offer a broad spectrum of therapies including: individual, couple, family, and group sessions, available both in-person and online. Committed to mental health education and advocacy, the WITWC frequently organizes workshops and events that promote wellness, creates community and raises awareness to combat the stigma related to mental health.

The Centre also specializes in conducting a variety of psychological and academic assessments. We conduct in-depth evaluations to offer insights into an individual’s behaviour, mental health and learning profiles. Our experts focus on delivering personalized assessments, especially for children and teens, to cater to their mental health, learning and overall well-being.

From the moment you enter the WITWC, your journey begins. Your first step will be to chat with one of our experienced client care coordinators who will match you with the right team member for your unique profile.  Next step,  you will complete the intake process so that your therapist can properly assess your personal needs. Lastly, you can book a session with your therapist at a time that works best- in person or virtually and begin your therapeutic journey. We’re so thrilled to welcome you to the WITWC family!

“A little over three years ago I had completely given up hope. I felt like I was drowning and was praying for someone to throw me a life preserver. The day that I sat across from Lisa was the beginning of the best chapter of my life. Therapy with Lisa is hardwork. She validates my feelings. She sets goals and celebrates my accomplishments. She’s available and reminds me that I’m not alone.

Knowing that I have Lisa by my side helps me get through difficult times and helps me appreciate each achievement. I am forever grateful for Lisa’s knowledge and support and for giving me the tools to get through each day. Because of her, I have learned self-compassion, mindfulness and how to truly be kind to myself.”
